1.      As a serving Mover you are a non contributing member of The Movement Control Association.   It is hoped that you will elect to take up full membership of the Association in order to gain access to the benefits of being a fully paid up member. These include; access to the full website, a personal copy of the MCA Journal, car sticker, membership discount benefits and much more. 

2.      The MCA Constitution establishes the principles of government for and is published to enable all members better to understand and uphold the objects, rules of the Association.
